Jane King, PsyD, LP
Dr. Jane King is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience leading programs and teams across integrated mental health, substance use treatment, homelessness services, and housing programs. Currently, Dr. King is the principal of Jane King Consulting, LLC, where she provides consulting services and subject matter expertise in Medicaid policy, with a particular focus on CCBHC implementation. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Consultant at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing for nearly five years. There, she played a key role in establishing two SAMHSA-funded Technical Assistance Centers—one for grantee clinics and one for states—supporting CCBHC implementation nationwide. Previously, Dr. King worked for the Minnesota Department of Human Services on the CCBHC implementation team, where she supported entrance into the federal demonstration program, developed a certification process, certified clinics, and co-authored the State Plan Amendment that permanently embedded CCBHC into Minnesota’s Medicaid State Plan. Dr. King earned her Doctor of Psychology from JFK University and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Occidental College, both in California. She currently resides in Minneapolis.
