Dana Fields joined NASHIA in 2026 as the Operations Manager where she supports the Executive Director with meeting compliance requirements related to NASHIA’s grants and contracts. Dana also manages the day-to-day activities of NASHIA’s accounting and finance operations, including NASHIA’s accounts receivables, payables, payroll, tax filings, benefits and insurance policies.  Prior to joining NASHIA, Dana worked as an attorney at a global law firm and as an attorney at a non-profit organization. Dana has also worked with children and young adults with complex learning needs in vocational and educational settings. 

Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law.
