Scott Pokorny, MSW, CBIS is the TBI Program Manager for the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use Services at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Scott is responsible for all state TBI programming which includes the ACL TBI State Partnership Grant, TBI state funds programming, contract management, facilitation of the functions of the North Carolina Brain Injury Advisory Council, participates in the TBI Waiver implementation and other statewide TBI initiatives.  His background includes working with both TBI and IDD service systems serving consumers and families through direct care, advocacy and administrative roles in multiple states throughout his career.
