You are invited to join the fourth SEED Summit in Washington, DC!

The SEED Summit is designed to help:

Engage existing or new partners

Develop programs that optimize outcomes for individuals you serve.

Summit Goal:

Develop, grow, and sustain state and partner infrastructure that supports individuals with brain injury.

- The Innovation Center

Community Integration: 

- Behavioral health and community strategies
- Brain Injury Resource Facilitation 

Brain Injury as a Chronic Condition: 

- Self-Management Strategies
- Service Systems and Neurologic Informed Care
- Adopting Healthy Behaviors
- Health Care Systems and Person-Centeredness
