SEED Summit FAQ Video

You are invited to join the fourth SEED Summit in Washington, DC!

March 10 and 12, 2026

The SEED Summit is designed to help:

Develop programs that optimize outcomes for individuals you serve.

Certificates

Certificates of attendance or any approved CE credits are included with the registration. CEs applied for include: Social Work (11 hrs), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) (11 hrs), American Psychological Association (APA) (10 hrs).

Send a Substitute

Know someone who is interested in attending in your place? A $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person simply by emailing info@nashia.org. Substitutions may be made up until the registration deadline of February 6, 2026. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.

Request a Refund

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fee if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing info@nashia.org. Cancellations received on or before February 6, 2026, will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 6, 2026.

Permission to Use Photographs

By registering, attendees, speakers, volunteers and staff grant NASHIA permission to use and duplicate photographs taken at the SEED SUMMIT. Participants release and discharge NASHIA from any cause of action whatsoever arising from the reproduction, distribution, or publication of these photographs for any purpose.

Special Conference Rate $259 + tax / night

Cancellation Policy: Individuals are able to cancel or modify their reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
