Member Learning Session: How to Identify and Secure Alternative Funding Strategies

In the current, increasingly complex funding environment, programs providing supports and services must be both resourceful and strategic in order to sustain and expand their programs. As traditional funding streams face growing competition and limitations, it is essential to explore alternative avenues to ensure continued access to critical services for individuals being served with brain injuries.

This 90-minute session will offer an overview of options and practical strategies for identifying, evaluating, and leveraging diverse funding sources beyond conventional grants and allocations. Examples and guidance on how to collaborate with state and federal partners will be provided and, this session will also highlight the technical assistance available through NASHIA, including tools that can support long-term sustainability planning and other key current updates affecting members.

This event is a NASHIA member-exclusive event. Members - check your email for a registration confirmation!
