Speaker:

Billie Schultz, MD is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.  She completed her medical school training at Wayne State University, internship and residency training at Mayo Clinic and fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine at McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA.  She is board certified in PM&R with subspecialty certification in Brain Injury Medicine.  She is the current medical director of  the CARF accredited Brain Injury programs at Mayo Clinic, interim Neuro-division chair, program director of the Brain Injury Medicine fellowship and department Education chair.  Her clinical practice includes care of patients throughout the continuum of care with acquired brain injuries including the newer patient population of PASC.  Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her many nieces and nephews, walking her dog and exploring the Midwest-one dirt road at a time.
