Hayden Steward, MS

Hayden Steward joined NASHIA in 2024 as a consultant. She brings over 30 years of experience of working with people with disabilities, including head injury, in both the public and private sectors in rehabilitation counselor and vocational evaluation. Throughout her experience Mrs. Steward has developed specialties in working with both Blind and Deaf clients. She has also served on multiple Committees that include but are not limited to Supported Employment, Transition and Emergency Preparedness. Hayden is working with NASHIA as a Consultant aiding in development of programs, processes, plans and more. She will also be assisting to ensure that protocols and processes are in legal compliance.  

Mrs. Steward graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a minor in Manual Communication.  She received a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Alabama with Post Graduate work at Mississippi State University, Vision Specialist Certification.
