Greetings NASHIA Member!
I am pleased to announce the:
I am excited about this location, as it will afford NASHIA the opportunity to provide its members with an exciting agenda, incorporating our Federal partners, national organizations, and stakeholders. So please save the date and plan on attending this conference.
The results of NASHIA 's 2005 Member Survey are in! Below are some bullets, summarizing key results.
QUALITY of services - NASHIA : The two highest rated services were NASHIA 's fact sheets and the State of the State Conference. All services offered were rated highly (above 4.0 out of 5.0).
QUALITY of services - NASHIA 's TBI Technical Assistance Center : All services were rated above average (3.7 or above), with the Grant Alert, Resource Alert, TBISERV listserv, web casts, grantee meetings, and resource and referral all being rated highly (over 4.2).
Customer Services : Overall, NASHIA staff was rated highly on customer service in regard to availability, timeliness, and value/relevance of information.
NASHIA Influence : NASHIA was viewed as having increased impact on member's knowledge, comfort level, and practice.
