Continuing Education Options

NASHIA offers continuation education credits for viewing our Web casts and for attending our annual State-of-the-States in Head Injury Meeting.

Instructions

Follow these steps to obtain your continuing education credit certificate and verification of participation and/or attendance:

1. For Web cast Credits - Submit to nashia@nashia.org a brief paragraph about two things you learned from the Web cast that were most significant to you, and why. Include your name, organization, address, phone, and fax numbers. The certificate will be mailed to you with instructions as needed.

2. For State-of-the-States Conference Credits - Submit to nashia@nashia.org your name, organization, address, phone, and fax numbers. Your certificate will be mailed to you with instructions as needed.
