Uniting for Brain Injury Awareness Month Spotlight, March 15, 2018
The National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) celebrates March Brain Injury Awareness Month in concert with its national partners and members who represent state brain injury programs, professionals, providers, and individuals with brain injury and their families. Together, we all strive to achieve to offer an array of rehabilitative, community and family services and supports to individuals with brain injury to return to home, community, work and school after a brain injury. While we focus on the month of March to promote awareness in particular, we all strive to educate and inform the public, policymakers, individuals with brain injury and their families regarding the extent of brain injury, causes, resulting disabilities, and services needed all year long. We invite you to join us in our efforts. The logo and any of these materials are free to use to advance the knowledge of brain injury and services and resources needed.
